Join Legendz Sweepstakes Social Casino, one of the fastest-growing entertainment brands in the U.S. social gaming space. We are on the lookout for a vigilant Fraud and Risk Agent to safeguard our platform and players from fraud, abuse, and financial threats, with a keen focus on bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and chargeback prevention.
⚠️ Please note: This role will eventually involve shift work (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays), as fraud monitoring requires coverage across multiple time zones.

As a Fraud and Risk Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our
sweepstakes platform. You’ll detect suspicious patterns, investigate fraudulent activity,
manage chargebacks, and contribute to our overall risk mitigation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor player behavior to identify and prevent fraud, abuse, and multi-accountingInvestigate and escalate suspicious activity or transaction anomalies
Undertake fraud investigations initiated by other departments
Handle chargeback disputes: analyze transaction records, prepare compelling
rebuttals and manage case documentation
Maintain real-time records of fraud trends and share actionable insights with relevant
teams
Work closely with departments like Customer Support, Payments, and VIP to ensure a
seamless and secure player journey
Update internal procedures based on emerging fraud patterns and risks
Support ad hoc investigations and risk assessments across various player segments
Collaborate with the Fraud & Risk Manager to refine workflows and close any
process gaps
What You Will Bring to the Table:
1+ years of experience in a fraud, risk, or chargeback role — ideally in iGaming,
online gambling, or sweepstakes
Solid understanding of common fraud vectors in gaming (e.g., bonus abuse, identity
fraud, friendly fraud)
Working knowledge of gaming products such as sportsbook, live games, and how
They may be exploited by high-risk players
Familiarity with fraud detection platforms like SEON, ThreatMetrix, or similar tools
Experience handling chargeback disputes is highly desirable
Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or reporting tools for behavioral data
analysis
Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate findings and compile
professional dispute responsesDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays
