A Glimpse into the Role

Legendz is looking for a Community Moderator to support one of our newest Legendz products and its fast-growing online community. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, trusted, and engaging environment across our community platforms, including Discord and Telegram.

You will act as a front-line representative of Legendz, supporting players, upholding community standards, and helping protect users from scams, impersonation, and misinformation commonly found in Web3-enabled environments. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern online communities and thrives in fast-moving, high-engagement settings.

What You Will Do

• Moderate Legendz community channels (primarily Discord and Telegram) during assigned shifts

• Identify, remove, and escalate scams, phishing attempts, impersonation, and malicious activity

• Enforce community guidelines consistently and fairly

• Respond to basic product and gameplay questions, directing users to official resources

• Monitor conversations to identify emerging risks, sentiment trends, or recurring issues and escalate them to the Community Manager

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

• Strong familiarity with Discord and Telegram moderation tools

• Understanding of Web3, blockchain-enabled platforms, or crypto-adjacent online communities

• Calm, professional, and confident communication style, especially during high-traffic or sensitive situations

• Availability to work assigned shifts across specific time zones
