A Glimpse into the Role
Legendz is looking for a Social & Community Manager (Web3) to own and evolve our guest-facing channels and social presence for one of our fastest-growing products. This role sits at the intersection of community trust, brand voice, and growth, ensuring players feel informed, engaged, and supported across all touchpoints.
You will lead daily activity across Discord, Telegram, and social platforms such as X (Twitter) and Instagram, shaping conversations in high-engagement environments where speed, clarity, and credibility matter. This role is ideal for someone experienced in Web3-adjacent or highly engaged digital communities who understands the nuances of moderation, sentiment, and public communication at scale.
What You Will Do
Lead and grow high-engagement community channels, including Discord and Telegram
Drive daily conversations, onboarding, and retention within player communities
Define moderation standards and oversee moderators in fast-moving environments
Own day-to-day management of social platforms such as X (Twitter) and Instagram
Plan and publish content aligned with launches, promotions, and key community moments
Monitor sentiment, emerging risks, and behavioural trends, escalating issues where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
Proven experience managing Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), and Instagram for digital-first products
Strong understanding of Web3-adjacent platforms, online gaming, or transaction-driven communities
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in environments where trust and accuracy are critical
Comfortable handling high volumes of interaction during launches or peak activity
Strong written communication skills in English
