Fraud & Risk Agent (Crypto Casino) Legendz.io

Join Legendz.io, a fast-growing crypto casino at the forefront of decentralized gaming. We are looking for a vigilant Fraud & Risk Agent to protect our platform, players, and financial ecosystem from fraud, abuse, and emerging threats in the crypto space.

This role is critical in safeguarding against bonus abuse, multi-accounting, wallet manipulation, and fraud-related threats, while ensuring a secure and fair gaming environment.

⚠️ Please note: This role will eventually involve shift work (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays) to support 24/7 fraud monitoring across global time zones.

Your Mission

As a Fraud & Risk Agent, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our crypto gaming platform. You’ll detect suspicious behaviors, investigate fraudulent activity, and help build resilient risk processes tailored to blockchain-based transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor player activity and blockchain transactions to detect fraud, abuse, and multi-accounting

• Identify and investigate suspicious patterns such as:

  • Bonus abuse across wallets/accounts

  • VPN/proxy usage and geo-spoofing

  • Collusive gameplay and arbitrage strategies

• Investigate and escalate suspicious activity and transaction anomalies

• Track and report on fraud trends, wallet behavior, and emerging crypto-related risks

• Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Payments, VIP, and Compliance teams

• Maintain and improve fraud prevention workflows and internal procedures

• Assist with risk assessments across player segments and jurisdictions

• Work with the Fraud & Risk Manager to enhance detection systems and close process gaps

What You Bring to the Table

• 1+ years experience in a fraud, risk, or related role — ideally in:

  • Crypto casinos / iGaming

  • Online gambling or sweepstakes platforms

• Strong understanding of fraud vectors, including:

  • Bonus abuse and multi-accounting

  • Identity fraud and account takeovers

  • Friendly fraud and payment abuse

• Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals (wallets, transactions, explorers like Etherscan, etc.)

• Familiarity with fraud detection platforms such as:

  • SEON, ThreatMetrix, Fingerprint, or similar tools

• Ability to analyze behavioral and transactional data (Excel or reporting tools)

• Strong written and spoken English — able to compile clear investigation reports

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and holidays

• Crypto experience is a plus
