Legendz Group is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive Team and lead the Group's finance function.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will combine strong financial leadership with commercial thinking, providing the insight, structure and challenge needed to support effective decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's financial strategy, planning and performance.

• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and management reporting.

• Provide clear commercial and financial insight to the CEO and Executive Team.

• Oversee financial reporting, accounting, controls and governance.

• Ensure appropriate oversight of tax, audit and statutory requirements.

• Develop scalable finance processes, systems and ways of working.

• Partner with business leaders to improve performance and financial accountability.

• Lead and develop the Finance team.

• Support strategic projects and business initiatives as required.

• Significant senior finance leadership experience, ideally at CFO or Finance Director level and holds a CPA Warrant

• Strong commercial and strategic mindset.

• Excellent financial planning, forecasting, and analytical capability.

• Solid understanding of accounting, controls, governance and financial reporting.

• Experience within an international or multi-entity environment.

• Confident working closely with CEOs and senior leadership teams.

• Pragmatic, hands-on and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.

• Strong communication, judgement and leadership skills.

Experience within digital, technology, gaming, entertainment or another fast-paced consumer business would be advantageous.
